Mr. Brown spent a lifetime in EMS. He is an expert in test development and interpretation of test scores. He is willing to consult with teachers and schools regarding improving their tests, developing grading scales that are fair to students and determining the answer to the question, “has this student reached entry-level competency?
Bill spent 11 years as a member of the Committee on Accreditation. During his tenure he visited many schools seeking accreditation. He is willing to speak with schools and even visit them in order to improve their confidence that they have met the CoA standards. He is willing to talk with Paramedic Program Directors who are looking for detailed help.
The NREMT obtained accreditation by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and became re-accredited three times during his tenure at the NREMT. Mr. Brown is willing to speak with agencies seeking this accreditation, to review their policies and procedures and to provide feedback on their readiness to obtain accreditation from the NCCA.
